The Glass Factory is Open!!

Well, after my first craft show I was a little sad and down, and thought I would never do another show ever again.....but, they do say "if at first you don't succeed, try and try again."  This has been a motto that I have had to remind myself of on many occassions.  Tennis matches....piano....school....love...and now, glass???  Well, I have decided to keep trying because I still enjoy creating neat little glass items.  I have another show coming up in December, and here is the first few items I have come up with.  The snowmen are actually Christmas ornaments that will have cute beads attached.  The pendant and beads will be strung together....and Keke is my constant little companion during all of this.  :)  I will post updates as I go along.  Thanks for stopping by and checking in!

Holiday Shows

Wowzer!  I have been a busy bee over the past few weeks!  I went to my first craft show at the Byron Nelson High School in Trophy Club, Texas.....let's not talk about it.....and now, I am getting ready for another!  I have about 20ish necklaces and I have also been making some really cute Christmas ornaments!  I had made some with snowmen on them, but they actually sold before I got their picture!  When I make some more up, I will be sure and share!  Until then...here are a couple of pictures from the show!  Also, be sure and check out my Etsy site because I have added about 10 more items!  :)  Yay!

New Etsy Postings

I am so excited about the newest necklaces I have made!  I worked on these over the weekend and am really happy with the way they turned out.  The "Fall Leaves" pendant reflects a range of fall colors and the blue necklaces are blues that I have never acheived before!  Yay!  Here are a couple of pictures to show you what I am talking about!  Check out my Etsy Shop to see more!

Fall Favorite!

With fall just around the corner, I wanted to share with everyone my favorite fall piece!  I call this necklace Pumpkin Spice.  It is rounded like a pumpkin and the double stranded beads provide warm hues of brown, orange, and yellow.  This will be perfect for many fall outfits!  This was a wonderful surprise when it came out of the kiln, so I don't think it can be replicated!  First come, first serve on this one!  :)
